Sri Lanka: Politics Law Constitution

It is Sri Lanka's second republican constitution, it replaced the Sri Lankan Constitution of 1972. The president of Sri Lanka is both the head of state and head of government wherein the executive power is the work of the government, the legislative power is exercised by both the government and the parliament, and the judiciary is independent. Its legal framework is a mixture of several languages, these languages are: Holland, South India, Rome, England, and Old Ceylon. The laws are for the betterment of each people who live in Sri Lanka, general public, and legal community. Human rights and freedom are very important and these are the highlights of the laws. They also take Buddhism way too serious.
